The ChildLake Series
The ChildLake series was born from a play on words between "childlike" – evoking the curious, wonder-filled and simple gaze of childhood – and "lake", referring to Lake Garda. This name encapsulates the essence of the project: a poetic return to the landscapes of Lake Garda, seen through the eyes and sensitivity of a child.
ChildLake is a visual journey through the Garda landscape, filtered by the lightness and imagination of childhood. The illustrations portray familiar scenes – rooftops, water, plays of light and shadow – in a quiet narrative made of delicate lines and suspended atmospheres.
Each piece is a unique, hand-painted watercolor.
